If I could possibly put 0 Stars I would, as a former employee of this business I warn everybody & anybody either looking for a job or an apartment to look somewhere else. This is the worst company I have ever worked for, the owner thinks about nothing other than himself & his pocket. I was “Let Go” with out warning because it was either me or his family member. He said and I quote “My hands are tied it’s either you or them” when I did nothing wrong but ask for respect and to be spoken to like a human being. PVP Management is a fraudulent company. We rented one of their apartments in the East Village at 441 E 6th Street from 2014 to 2016. Before we moved in they had illegally removed and added walls in the apartment to convert it from a studio to a 1BR apartment and charge more rent. As they had not obtained the proper permits to do so the NY Department of Buildings eventually went after them and declared the place as inhabitable due to structural hazards related to the changed wall configuration. My pregnant wife and I had to move out on the spot without prior warning. The best part is that PVP Management wouldn't even return our security deposit taking advantage of the fact that we moved to a different state after we left the apartment which makes it difficult to sue them in a small claims court where in-person visits are necessary. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs if you ever want your security deposit back.
