Never start a lease with them! They have never responded to a maintenance request (even urgent ones). No heat all of winter and no attempts to fix this. A literal nightmare.

Slum lords! I have never in my life submitted apartment or management company reviews but they are so horrible that I just had to. Do NOT rent from them. Living in their Prospect Place apartment has been the worst experience of my life. Issues literally every other day from no hot water to heating issues to constant appliance breakdowns. And the maintenance man, Raymond, is completely unprofessional. Will ignore calls, texts, and maintenance requests submitted through the portal. Garbage and bug problems are rampant. Completely unsanitary conditions. There have been multiple citations from the city. Dont let the renovated units fool you. Save yourself the headache and definitely take your money elsewhere.

Management is unresponsive and has yet to give me a rental refund that was agreed upon in June.

Only rent from this company if you're prepared to for complete unresponsiveness and total lack of care for their properties and tenants. Rented for two years, paid rent on time, no crazy requests. The building had multiple maintenance issues that were never addressed - at a bare minimum they couldn't even fix the heat adequately to keep from breaking all winter and were totally unresponsive for weeks when I tried to call and email about it. Asked and was eventually told there would be a rent adjustment as compensation - nothing. Constant hot water issues as well. Later on, notified late that the building was undergoing renovation and couldn't renew leases, would not offer any extension even during COVID. Took almost 3 months to return security deposit.
