So shady. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Upon signing my lease, I was promised (with documentation, mind you) one month of free rent for the last month of my lease. That final month arrives and, wouldn't you know it, they 'lost the paperwork' and refused to honor the agreement. I showed them the paperwork they had given me, guaranteeing this "free month" and they still refused to honor it. Save your time and your money, avoid them at all cost!

The most horrible management you could ever imagine!!! Management does NOT care about the well beings of their tenants whatsoever, my building elevator has been out of service for 'repairs' for 2+ months. After apparently what they call 'fixing it' the elevator works one day doesn't work the next day, or works for an hour and doesn't work for the rest of the day on and off. Yet, after they have fixed this elevator my grandmother gets stuck inside the elevator, I've been trying to get in contact with the management over and over again yet whatever time of the day I call she is apparently 'out for lunch'. How is this acceptable is beyond me! And I am not the only one trying to get in contact with them, the entire building has filed complaints and tried to get a hold of the management yet no response. We have elderly women living on the top floors who can barely go up the stairs, a disabled person who cannot walk... yet no response to anything.
