I AM LIVING IN ONE OF THE BUILDINGS IN FAR ROCKAWAY AND IT IS JUST FILTHY ALL AROUND. THE SEWER KEEPS OVERFLOWING WITH SHIT WATER DOWN IN THE BASEMENT WHERE WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO OUR LAUNDRY. ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN, LIVING AND BATHROOM, EVEN THE BEDROOM. THERE IS PRESENTLY A LEAK IN MY CEILING IN THE LIVING ROOM. THE BATHROOM CEILING IS DILAPIDATED AND DAMP. MILDEW AND MOLD. ITS JUST AWFUL AND THE LANDLORD IS NOT GOING TO FIX ANYTHING. I AM JUST PRAYING TO GOD TO GET A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE

Yes, this group, which is not a management group, and contains no managers, and instead consists of an expansion of a charitable foundation for Yeshiva University, was founded and is owned by Richard Eisenberg of Lawrence, LI, NY. No one in the office is permitted to say they work for him and he has no involvement. When the owners/managers passed away, he was offered a chance to be a manager but hadn't a clue how to do the job, so he expanded a connection with this university, set up decades before him, and the violations of rent laws, tenant and employee rights became so extreme, one member was banned from the office and buildings and tenants' home, with instructions of anyone seeing him trespass being reported to the police. Work is done on the cheap. Superindents who refuse to lift a finger remain holdover tenants because there's no manager to fire them and the super would spill the beans about how disreputable the "company" is. There are no services. When learning of a tenant's home bein unlivable, the worst of the actors acts to make it worse. Richard Eisenberg is definitely subject to liability. He even tried to get another to claim to be the founder. He is unreachable. The LLC designation is quite a sham. One person by chance was management material but he was silenced and prevented from acting as such.. No one with any respect for their own future would not suspect something is wrong when told they can't say who they work for. This group does not even consist of real estate professionals. The listing agent displays photos of rooms from different units and buildings and adds the comment that the photos are "representative." Nothing is legit here. So, yes, the charity group hides but they do so because they have liability as great as the value of the buildings. The name, once, again, is RICHARD EISENBERG, who like to refer to himself as Executive VP. He has no connection to the building. All titles are up for grabs and selected based on how much the graduates need to bolster their self-esteem. Don't expect any services without escalating, possibly to court. The governing rule to to harrass tenants out of their apartments to raise rents. Don't bother trying to get a superientendent to do his job.

The worst! Shoddy work. 2nd fire in 2 weeks in an apartment under renovation. Terrible treatment of staff. Inexcusable

Since I've moved in their buildings they have been raising rent this entire time. Just to send a book to my apartment to "justify" why they want to raise it again before my lease was even up.
