Never answers phone calls or emails. Lets weeks go by without any answers. Least communicative management company I have ever had to deal with. This included when black sludge liquid was coming up out of my kitchen sink and I could not get help from the super or management. The only communication I received from them finally was a letter asking me to renew my lease for $100 more dollars. Avoid Newcastle properties at all cost!

They suck at communicating. I've been trying to get some repairs done in the apartment for over a year and the property manager assigned to my building gave me the run around over email for over a month to end up telling me to just talk to the super. The super may or may not answer your call or message, and so far can't seem to answer a direct question about when things will be completed. Since then the PM has not bothered to follow-up on the repairs requested and the 1 issue sort of addressed is still waiting to be finished 6 months later. There was also the situation earlier this year where we were served with court papers because they lost a check handed to them at their office for which I had a receipt. I wish I had something positive to say about them but nothing comes to mind- wait, the elevator was renovated.

Our building has not had heat yet! It was 25F last week...still no heat!
