They should be stripped of any commercial licenses. They do not assist tenants on the maintenance of their properties. They also lie and mislead tenants when signing leases. Do not sign a lease with this property management company.

Please, please, please AVOID this company at all costs. I have been living in New York for years and this is by far the WORST management company I have ever dealt with. Yes, while reviews for almost any item/company will be mixed, please trust me that I have gone out of my way to help you avoid constant headaches, unanswered calls, and people who DO NOT care about their tenants, are only after money, neglect their duties as a management company.Their properties have constant mice issues that tenants are forced to deal with on their own or fight on tooth and nail to get something done about it. They will do their utmost possible to avoid getting in contact with you and to problem solve in the slowest, cheapest ways possible. DO NOT LIVE UNDER AN ADDRESS IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY RUNNING IT, PLEASE!

I am very confused by anyone who left a low rating for Kinsey Equities, these all seem outdated as most were posted 6+ years ago. Marisa and her team were always lovely to interact with, and responded in a timely manner for any and all questions/requests. Highly recommend.

We have really enjoyed the apartment, our neighbors and the clean and safe building you all provided for our year in NYC. We will always cherish this little home that we had and are grateful for the professionalism of Kinsey Equities has shown through all the interactions we shared.

I am extremely happy with Kinsey Equities. I have resided in my current apartment for a little over a year and have no plans to leave anytime soon. Anytime I have needed something taken care of in my apartment they have been swift to rectify the matter. Everyone in the office with whom I've had contact has been polite, responsive, and extremely professional. I recommend them highly.
