I am also dealing with that con-company , that stole millions of dollars since 2013 from one 442 units condo , only one condo so do the maths ... They have deals with at least one big Developer to defraud the residents but also the tax payers in general. They open and close similar named businesses and make sure no one knows which one is currently involved, they do not do the job they are too well paid for , etc etc and the worst is yet to come and I Already reported some actions and individuals to the SEC and the FINRA and will be in relation w federal agents the first week of October but the results may take some time . They are nasty they treat the shareholders like we are inconsequential. Maybe there's two sides of the story but I think they can manage the buildings better. I knew about covid and warned them and they didn't listen and then they had to follow my advice. They act like they're doing us a favor. I wonder what another management company would be like. You know they have that attitude. You sort of have to cater to them and praise them and then they'll be fair to you. On the other hand the manager has been better to me of late so we shall see.
