    I was there a while ago for T-mobile promotion free photo printing. My friend and I both had T-mobile accounts. We both requested the promotion. However, when we applied the promotion we used both under my name. I got mine sent out first. And a day later, he submitted his order. I've waited until we both received email saying our order is ready to pick up. However, after a few days later, I went to the store, they only give me one order. They said both is under my name. The worker explained that when she sees the same name, she usually call the customer which one do they want, she will only print out one copy...and because mine is from promotion, I can only use one promotion under one name. I explained to her I was not aware of that. However, it is from two people. But he can not pick up the order, so both is under my name. This way I can pick up both of them. She will not give me second copy which she said she will not print two sets under my name and the one she just handed to me that's all she got under my name. I asked to speak to management. The management did not really listen to me. He helped her. And say the same thing she said. I then filed a complaint online and received a call from another management who apologize this happens and she said it is okay to pick up under both name. However, she did not give me any other guidelines. She seems like just want to confirm that I made a complaint online. It is been a month or two passed. I still received email telling me to pick the second order which they told me it is automatic message once I submit my order. It doesn't mean they have my order. So ridiculous. I wonder how long will this automatic message went on since they do not have my second order. I told the management I won't be back to the store ever because they are so rude and discriminated. Yes, I used promotions. So what, the same person can't pick up the same order just because it is promotions? If you give out promotions and people got it, and you also message them to pick them up. How can you tell the person there is no order for you and the message I got from the company telling me the order is ready....then don't message me that the order is ready, instead say the order is canceled due to duplicate names. You can't tell people oh it is automatic respond but not necessary mean it is ready, the automatic response lies! Very ridiculous!
