Absolutely terrible. The attendant just goes missing for long stretches (more than ten minutes). They will mess with your car. They will be jerks about it. Today it was Jose R. Just go anywhere else.

As others below say, DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. I paid for a reservation (the card was charged) as I was taking my older parents to lunch nearby and my mother cannot walk well or far. When we arrived, the garage attendant let me know that regardless of the reservation, they had no spaces. I called the company to have the charges reversed (yes, the company still charged me) and the person on the phone (who was very nice), said regardless of reservations, it's a first come, first serve garage, which is literally the opposite of what reservation means. Super disappointed.

DO NOT USE this garage if you reserve and pay in advance using ParkWhiz. I use this app to find garages all the time when I visit NYC. Last night it was the first time my reservation was not honored. The attendant was extremely rude when I tried to explain to him I have a reservation and it was paid in full. . He did not apologize for the inconvenience and constantly yelled to call customer service. I had to find another garage and I almost miss my restaurant reservation. Why don’t you notify ParkWhiz to let them know the garage is full? I reserved my spot 3 hours in advance. This garage has the rudest attendants in the city. I will contact ParkWhiz so that they remove you from the app.

Horrible experience! I booked a reservation on SpotHero and when I got there, I was told it was full. A reservation is to prevent that! The guy didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and was extremely rude.
