Paintzen - House Painters In New York

DO NOT use PaintZen. I have never had a worse experience with a paint company in my life. Not only did they not show up on time, but they got the paint color of our bathroom wrong so they had to come back multiple times to repaint in our apartment which was a huge hassle. Management was responsive but slow to remedy the situation and promised certain things they did not honor. If you value your personal time and money I DO NOT recommend using this company. I sent an email to Paintzen AFTER having an on line chat to let them assess if they could do the mural and wallpaper job I have with new construction. Kelsey at the company told me to send picture and a description again to her email so they could send me a quote. After sending the email about a week passed without a reply. Them I sent another email to ask if I should move on. Still no reply. Then I called them and after several round about attempts to get a person I did who reminded Kelsey to review her emails. A few days later I received a one liner saying they can’t help me and didn’t even give a reason or a referral. Don’t use this useless company. So unprofessional and i can only imagine the terrible work they would do.

They are terrible and have not only comprehension issues but are lazy and ignorant. I’d never recommend such an awful company. DON’T BOTHER OR YOU’LL REGRET IT.

This is terrible company with terrible customer service and terrible job! They have delayed theur work for weeks trying to increase the original quote and when i refused to accept it they just came and painted the walls over the tape. The walls look terrible. They wouldn't contact me to ask if i accepted the job and applied the charges on my card even though i have emailed them prior saying they were NOT authorized to charge me. They also refused to fix their terrible work. DO NOT USE THEM!

We signed up with tis company as a painting sub. over 3 mopnts ago. We never ever got any job form them. Must be a scam company. But once a man called us from Paintzen and wanted to know if we could paint a one bedroom apartment for $350.00 completelly furnished...I thougt is a joke...it was not. When I told him no tnahs the manager called me and offered 50 bucks more...They are a joke...go see their office in manhattan it speaks for it self. Dumpster.
