        Careless representative on the phone. Called twice to make an appointment first the hung up then they answered but put me on hold without even saying anything. I waited like 10 minutes. Not sure why this place has good rating if they dont care about their patients. Wont be calling again

        The doctor did a great job and i have no issues with his knowledge and professionalism. The issue was strictly with administrative staff who was handling prescriptions and paperwork post op.

        I recently visited the orthopedic office, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The doctor was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. Overall, I had a great visit, and I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking orthopedic care.

      We have followed up with you multiple times after your initial visit, and I (Dr. Thompson) have spoken with you each visit about your care and progress. We have gone above and beyond to help you as we do with all patients. I agreed to see you in my office although you were unable or unwilling to cover the cost of your follow up visits. My orthpaedic practice has nothing to do with pain management or the ordering of equipment. We would appreciate your removal or update of this negative unwarranted review from last year.
