Loved the ambiance and food, but hated the service! Not exactly how I envisioned celebrating my 45th bday. $1000 bill for a party of 8 but so many issues (I don’t even know where to begin). I guess the waiter knew he would get his gratuity anyways so it didn’t bother him to be rude and argumentative to my guests when questioned about our bill. I called to speak with a manager (Jessica), was told she would follow up with an email so I can have her contact info and advise her of when I planned on returning so she can provide me a free drink. I still have not received that email and I’m not going to hold my breath! IMO a free drink still doesn’t equate to ALL the issues that I shared with her but oh well. Oh and I visited Longhorn Steakhouse the next day... 5 star service for a fraction of the price! 😉

I’ve had dinner at American Cut multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. The music, lighting and seating arrangements create an enjoyable ambiance without any unnecessary pretentiousness. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and they take pride in providing an exceptional experience. The food is absolutely delicious *TRY THE PASTRAMI RUB* best steak in ATL!
