I don't give it 5 stars because I am still waiting for the refund of the deposit (when they make it, I will change it) that was made at the time of check-in, this is already 10 days, I hope they inform me how my refund process is going, I have written an email with the information and there is still no response, the hotel is good and very well located, it has several subway lines nearby, which makes transportation easier. It has nearby and very delicious food places, we were on the 42nd floor, the view was very beautiful
Rooms: It was very clean and well-groomed.

Would advise anyone not to stay in this hotel. We booked through Airbnb and when we checked in we were supposed to pay an extra $800 - when we said no and contacted Airbnb they suddenly only wanted $600 as a facility fee so that we could use the WiFi etc. (which but as amenities are stated in Airbnb - without additional costs being mentioned in any way) - the $600 was first explained to us as saying that the facility fee is $35 per night, so for 8 nights it's $280 according to the lady at reception the rest would be taxes. When we said that couldn't be the case (unless you pay over 100% taxes idk) she said yes then it's a deposit for any damage that could occur. In the end we were charged over 300, for, well, I have no idea - absolute disgrace!
Apart from that, the service is unfortunately rather mediocre to poor, certainly not a 4 star level if you don't even get fresh towels when you ask and the room is simply not cleaned.
In addition, only 2 lifts work, and sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes, as a maximum of 5 people are allowed to travel in one lift. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location everything else is just a rip off!

Beware, I pre-paid Expedia for a three night stay, checked into the hotel where they confirmed my pre-payment for my stay, then Millenium charged me a $40/day resort fee when I checked out which they do not post as part of their daily rate. Personifies bait and switch. This defeats the whole purpose of shopping for rate-based rooms. Shameful.

Location: love the location. Centralized and super convenient for just about anywhere you need to go. There are a few sub stations with easy access.
Rooms: love the view of the room. However, the rooms dont include a fridge or microwave. Its $35/day if you request a microwave. They also charge $100 for early check-in.
Service: I requested a new key bc I left my key in the room. They gave me the key and when I got in the room, I left to get ice. I must have picked up the deactivated key so I went down to ask to be let back in.
1. I explained what happened and the attendant basically said theres nothing they could do. I explained that my ID is in the room and if he happy to show them if someone could let me in. I was begging for a few mins before he called someone who met me up stairs.
2. On the way back to the room, I waited in line. They only had one of the 8 elevators working so the line to get on the elevator filled the lobby.
