Recently I had to come to NYC from Virginia to attend a funeral of a friend who unexpectedly passed away. My check in was on March 24th but because the funeral was at 9am I got to the hotel at 6am. Although they did not have a room available for me at that time (check-in is normally 3pm) they were so accommodating allowing me to use their facilities and check in my bags while I went to the funeral. From start to finish the front desk staff was beyond amazing. I officially checked in later that evening and the room was way more awesome than the pictures. It was clean, and spacious, free water and soda were available in the refrigerator as well and the bed was soooooo comfortable. The hotel has the nicest restaurant in the lobby and there are tons of other food options in walking distance also. The 1 and 9 train are right on the corner so it definitely saved me some cab fare going into Harlem. I would definitely stay here again

We just got back from staying March 17 thru 20. The staff, room, and hotel were perfect. The room was clean, had plenty of organized hooks for hanging personal belongings along with plenty of towel bars. Lighting could be a brighter but overall the wood floors and layout of the room is great. 10 out of 10. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We ordered extra pillows and had them within 10 minutes.
