My experience with Michael Stein was nothing short of amazing . He guided us throughout the entire loan process. He was beyond helpful and informative. He never left any question unanswered and he was extremely patient and understanding . He offered excellent advice and helped us make informed decisions. We are truly grateful for having such a patient and informative mortgage broker . We couldn't be more happy and I will most definitely refer him to my friends and family . Thank you Mr. Stein for keeping us informed at all times and making this process less stressful for us . We couldn't have done it without you !

This review is regard to Sarah Kiggundu loan officer.
NO follow up
NO communicationâ€¦emails will go unanswered for over week
Does not really care about her customers. She even went on vacation without anyone knowingâ€¦..in the mean time, emails were sent and not answers.
Wells Fargo has a very good record but is individuals like this that give a company a bad reputation!!!
