We have been living in their building in the WV and during the week they are extremely responsive and the woman who answers if helpful. Any concern or problem we had they have sent someone to help us with!

If I could give no stars I would. If you read through all of the other reviews, that's the same experience I have had over the past year with my roommates. They rarely answer their phones. When I finally got ahold of them to get my super's email (we were told everything has to go through management) I emailed 3 times with no response. If you don't care about any of this, go ahead and live in their buildings. If you do, I'd advise to find a different place. Feel free to do your own research, but if you look them up on any landlord/property management search for New York, you'll see how many violations they have.

Slumlords and crooks. Those 2 words sums it all. They don't provide simple service they get paid for. They don't pay contractors to do the repairs. Friend told me they have tons of lawsuit for unpaid repairs. Stay away from this management.
