Your customer service team is run poorly. The supervisor (Ariel) and rep (Nikki) I spoke with did not deliver resolutions but instead created brand aversion. A great product isn’t enough these days (having worked for PVH, LVMH, MZ Wallace, and run the CS team for True & Co, I know first hand). While I seek a resolution, would love to work with management and provide feedback and useful direction. Feel free to delete this comment (made it publicly to demonstrate the lengths at which a customer can go when they feel unheard or disenfranchised).
