Ive passed by this place a bunch of times and I also saw that they had really elaborate key designs to choose from online, so I had to pay a visit. The guys working were super sweet and patient with helping me pick out my castle keys, and the shop is a small hole in the wall type place that I wish NYC had more of. Were the keys pretty expensive? Yes. However, they are really beautifully made and are super easy to turn. I always had to jiggle my old keys in my locks, but these turn the locks like butter. I also understand that rent and cost of operation is probably pretty high, so Im willing to shell out some more $$ to keep these guys around. If youre the type to never lose your keys and are looking for a cool new copy of yours, this is the place to do it.

Family run business with skill and charm. Absolutely go here for keys, locks and sometimes, great stories. I took a camera bag that had been locked for over 30 years here... 5 minutes later, they had unlocked it without any harm to the camera bag or it's contents.
