        Having a terrible time getting money for a claim submitted by a storage facility. Close to $10,000 worth of my belongings were stolen from me and this company is being no help in finalizing the claim.

        Can't even express how frustrating and disappointing the service was. After paying upfront for moving insurance, they are unwilling to acknowledge damage done (movers' packing list indicated I "packed" my own clothes washer? The movers put it on a truck; what "packing" was needed for that?) and they keep reducing the claim value to an amount less than the deductible. They have not adhered to the terms of the insurance contract and seem unwilling to respond to my latest messages.
