You can trust Robert Wu and his team to the very end! They helped my relative with home purchase and the entire application process! They explained every aspect from beginning to end thoroughly, and they were fast to respond when we had any issues!
Do not trust the negative reviews on Robert; Those are the most blatant lies accusing him of not being professional, responsible, and living up to his reputation. There are countless of holes in their claims and you can even see the firm confirming that they are not real clients!

This law office is terrible service. Our last closing is done by this Law Office. They did a terrible job. First how could they have not figure the open permit violation once the title report comes in, but they figured it out in 2 days ahead the closing date, then we push back 1 month for the closing date. BUT 2 days before the 2nd closing date, they told us there is a violation fee the that open permit need to be clear , why could n't they told us at first title run and fixed all the problem at once. And they push away all the responsibility. They made us Run 4th time of title report and cost us 4 times of money on the title search. And we finally got the closing. Once we moved in the new house like 2 month later. i had received a bill from Department of finance said that we had to pay the penalty on late filling for the transfer property taxes. How come they never follow up , we closed at march and they filed the taxes at the end of April. And we had to pay the penalty out of our package. And also they have not update of water sewer account yet for 4 months. now I need to do it by myself, and do not know if we penalty for this also. Stupid and terrible law office i have never work! If have negative stars i will gave them negative ten. How they could still open up with this less responsibility. They never protect their clients best interest.

I would give Robert Wu my highest recommendation. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure that I understood every step of the process. He not only has a mastery of the law, but Rob also communicates in a way that anyone can understand. I was impressed with his integrity and professionalism.
