During the hurricane floods, the on call maintenance picks up and either pretends not to hear you or will put the phone down and continue to watch tv without ever hanging up on you. I wouldn't live here if it was free.

This is a great place to live but the Broad and Management are the worst they are not open about the finance and how they spend our money.

I am living here over 15 years. Been pretty happy. It's an inexpensive place to live and the coop apartments are fantastic. Especially if you have a balcony. The views are breathtaking. Parking is not great pot the street but much easier to park on the street than anywhere else in Manhattan. After a few years you can get a spot in the parking lot and it is very cheap. Laundry services have just been upgraded with brand new machines and renovated laundry room. I take good care of the staff, porters, security and maintenance team and they treat me very nice. I have to agree with another reviewer here, the main office does have a rancid old witch answering the phones but most times you really never have to call them anyway. Like I said, the maintenance team is wonderful and always ready to help. I am only in Manhattan because of work, otherwise it is way too liberal for my taste. But my great apartment makes up for that.
