        The woman who answered the phone didn't have a conversation with me, but rather yelled at me, and when I asked her why she was yelling, said I should know the the coop rules. I remained confused, which apparently irritated her even further. When I asked her what her position was, she said she was the executive director and hung up on me. It was a shocking experience, and one I never expected when I initially made the call. The Council doesn't list staff on its website, which I also found puzzling. Even Spectrum treats its callers with greater respect.
