We had a very bad experience with Yummy Mummy our insurance suggested us to check with them for the pump we need and we placed an order with them for which they took almost one and half month. We called them almost everyday to get our our order expediated as we already had our baby because it was taking forever for them to get our pump delivered. In the end we asked them to cancel our order so that we can get it from somewhere else however they didn't respond on our request and still sent us the pump which we didn't need. Now we are in a process to return this pump and I hope they will work with us to get this returned

As a first time mom, I had no idea what I was doing in terms of breast pumps. There is so much information out there & so many different kinds. Yummy Mummy was great with helping navigate through the techniques and my needs to find me the right one. The process was so easy and I got my pump within weeks of ordering. I would absolutely recommend this site to anyone who, like me, needed some professional guidance in choosing the right breast pump for me & my new little one.

Terrible customer service. Would not answer emails or calls, and when I finally got through the representative was very rude. I tried to just cancel my order because it was not worth it to me to deal with all of that. When I put in the request to cancel the order another woman called me claiming to be the COO of the company and was super nice and apologized for how the other representative was treating me and apologized for not returning calls and emails for over a week when my due date was only 2 weeks away. She offered a free nursing bra for my troubles and said the order would be sent out right away if I would not cancel. I agreed. As soon as the pump was paid for by my insurance I got a very mean email from the representative saying that her behavior was my fault because I told her the wrong insurance company (when I told her the one that was clearly stated on the front of my card) and the lack of communication didn’t allow for any errors to be cleared up. Once they got paid they basically justified their disrespectful behavior, and also never sent the nursing bra.
I just saw the response that was written to this review and I can’t see how to directly reply to that so I will do so here.
That is an interesting response for your company to post publicly when I did try several times to resolve the issues through email, to no avail. That does not really seem to be an option with this company.
