Expecting our first baby, we decided to turn our one bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom. Overall brought our vision to life by creating a small nursery. They were even able to add a bathroom to our master suite. We are so happy with the results and thrilled to have a new little space for our baby.

I recently bought a fixer upper in Harlem, after much research I settled on Overall Renovation to take care of all the many renovations. Overall installed a new custom media wall for me which was much needed for storage space. They connected the guest and master bedrooms to create a master suite with a new bathroom and walk-in closet. I had the tile floors removed and wood flooring in its place with new soundproofing. All windows, framing and moldings were replaced. Overall Renovation not only worked quickly, they stayed within budget and had no "surprise" fees throughout the project which was a refreshing change from other contractors I have used in the past. They arranged for permits within a couple of days, and sent in all the documents for the alteration agreement within a day of signing the contract. I highly recommend taking the leap and trusting Overall Renovation, I am now living in my new space and couldn'tbe happier!

Overall Renovation did a great job renovating my living room and kitchen. I mainly wanted to modernize the space. Miri helped with the design concept, and even found a way to incorporate a new Washer/Dryer which I thought would be impossible. Once I was provided renderings of how everything would look I was able to make an instant decision and I am so glad I did. The renderings and reality of the space are identical. Very talented cure.
