Purchased several pieces of furniture and they signed the contract with me, only to come back k and say they made a mistake in the price. Would not honor their contract. Real bait and switch move. The staff and management were exceptionally nasty. The couch I purchased was terribly inferior. The underneath of the cushions had no material except the foam fully exposed. They refused to do anything about it. Just started using the couch and the cushions are going flat. Picture enclosed. Buyer beware; this is a nasty scam outfit.

The in-store experience. Ive been locating and thinking about this couch for a long time and because of their customer service, I purchased the couch from Your store.
My biggest issue and this happens with a lot of deliveries. Is when you use a third-party delivery Service You do not communicate important delivery information to that company. So when they get here They have no idea that they have to go up to more stories. And they show up at 4 oclock. Frustrated Im frustrated because I have to sit For them to finish. And I paid the more money Than they asked for compensate for their time and frustration.
If they have to disassemble a couch and walk it up two stories and reassemble, I feel like they should be given this information prior to scheduling their day of Deliveries.
