    If I could put a zero stars I would. Ordered flowers and it confirmed a delivery date.It was delivered a week late. I ordered 2 items only 1 was delivered and it was WRONG. DO NOT use this company. They would not issue a refund. Terrible customer service and a scam company.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO EXISTENT! After NOT delivering my order, not calling the recipient, not calling me (I've left several VM and emails) and speaking two people who refused to transfer me to anyone else, they offered to return half my money. DID I MENTION THEY DIDN'T DELIVER ANYTHING OR RETURN.MY CALL?!? If I could give them less than 1 star and still warn folks not to waste their time or money I would. I've been forced to dispute the charges!

    Worst company ever. Horrible!!! Terrible customer service. Product arrived super late and damaged. No one answered my calls and emails . Then I got a stock almost automated email back with no attempt to give me credit or refund. Will never use them again and would advise you to do them same.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered flowers and chocolates for my mom’s birthday on December 26th (her birthday is the 27th). We recently moved out of state and were not able to be with her for her 60th birthday, so this gift was important to us. The delivery was set for the 27th, or the 28th at the latest. It is now December 31st and it still has not been delivered, and the delivery estimate is JANUARY 6th! We have called and called, left messages, sent emails, and have got nothing but automated responses. I’ve been requesting a refund and keep getting messages like “We are experiencing a backlog affecting some deliveries. Thank you for your patience.” It is completely unacceptable that we were not informed of this backlog before we ordered instead of being assured it would be delivered by the 28th, and it is unacceptable that customer service has not personally responded to any of our messages or issued us a refund. I completely regret ordering from them.
