Wilted, Curled, Hard PedalsI used Venus et Fleur previously and loved my arrangement, but this time my flowers (mixed orchids seashell) are sad and wilted and the smell was so powerful I had to keep them in the garage for a week. Just a hot mess at the incredibly steep price of $694.32. I contacted the company and sent photos asking for replacement for return, but I am being ignored.

My husband ordered me huge box of my favorite color roses. I received it right before my birthday in July 2022. now its March 2023 and my roses are still in perfect shape. I think they will even last longer than a year. The box is super cute and I am planning to keep it after because my husband also did special Happy Birthday engraving on the lid. I would absolutely order it again.

Ordered a $160 gift for a friend and at the end added on one of the candy bars. The candy bar arrived separately from the rest of the gift with no information who it was from. Very embarrassing situation spending  $185 to have the rest of the gift still not received and this small piece of candy delivered with no information, I had created a card to go with the gift on the website. Customer service was no help just kept explaining that the candy bar shipped from a different warehouse and arrived sooner over and over. Lots of other high end retailers to order from, avoid this company lack of understanding of how to package a gift and customer service that can only read off a screen.
