Customer service is non-existent. The website forms don't work. How am I supposed to get anything done in a timely manner?

Terrible customer service!!! They changed $38, even not mentioning costumes!

My account has been enrolled in DRIP against my wishes and even after i go in and fix it they do it again. I have called customer service 3 times now and even after they undo it it still comes back. This is illegal and has caused people to incur loss as the shares drop in price. the company doesn't care, Morgan Stanley the new owner is also corrupt and been found guilty of multiple counts of fraud. The only thing you should do with this company is file a class action lawsuit!

This is a very spartan kind of investment/financial company. This forces you to do your homework as far as stocks, bonds, and banking accounts. Because the guys at this particular branch won't hold your hand and walk with you step by step through the whole process of navigating the markets and managing your account. The great thing is that with the internet, it's not too hard for a new person to get involved with financial investing. Information is at the tip of your finger
