Charles Schwab

Reached out to this branch in search of retirement options. Spent about 1/2 hour on the phone and was told I would receive a call back which did not happen. Not sure why the person I spoke to chose to leave me hanging instead of telling me to continue my search, but its offensive and unnecessary and unprofessional.

Do not go to this branch. Especially Joe Neri. I went to them at the end of December and we had a great meeting. He said hed contact me after the New Year. He never did. I called him and left a voicemail - nothing. I called the branch directly - nothing. I emailed the branch director -nothing. I called the national office, who then contacted them via email and phone and you guessed it - nothing. This branch is terrible and Im ashamed that I recommended Schwab to friends and family for so long with this kind of customer service. Im seriously considering moving my money out of Schwab and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Very rude service. Went into the branch and the old man at the front desk with glasses and a cheap watch was very condescending and unhelpful when asked simple questions about the services provided
