Downtown Pain Physicians

Had an 11am appointment and ended up sitting in waiting room until 11:45 while front desk chatted about their lives and ignored clients. No one checked in regarding wait time or status of delay. at 11:45 I approached front desk to inquire about the wait. No apology, no explanation, simply, ok, bye, make another appointment. They could not care less yet they certainly processed my co-pay. Complete waste of time!

I Like this practice and have been treated for several injuries. Doctors are very thorough and give excellent treatment and staff are very thoughtful . I have been to the Brooklyn and Maiden Lane offices and had the same great treatment.

Did not wait long to be seen, Doctor Raval completely understood the pain that I was suffering from and explained in detail why I was in pain, he also explained the steps that would be taken to help in my recovery.
