FSA Store

Ordered items to finish off FSA funds for the year, and have not received everything ordered yet. Gave credit for one missing item, but still no response on the rest. Also, received items I did not order, so presumably the picker mixed boxes up with someone else's. Will be contacting BBB soon unless I get the items or credit.

One of the worse experiences ever. State that shipping is fast, NOPE it has been over 2 weeks and the order is still set to be fulfilled. Reached out to customer service and they repeatedly state it takes 1-2 business days to process and 3-5 business days to ship. More than double that time has passed and they cannot provide any update other than they are sorry and they are busy. No offense but do not state fast shipping and provide ETA's that you cannot commit to. Better yet why not just provide an update, you spam my inbox with numerous emails but not one is in regards to order status, and what is being done to resolved it. Good Luck! I learned my lesson, never again!

Do not support this company! During a time when the public needs testing, they are selling COVID test kits for $199.99. Their response was they are a small retail store. Great justification to price gouge. You can get your test for free.

The customer service is trash. The website is glitchy and when calling for help, you either get mundane, rude service or representative who tell you whatever they think you want to hear so they can shoo you off the phone. The process of using your FSA funds should not be this difficult

Warning! The worst place to spend your FSA or HSA money at the fsastore,com They have the worst customer service and will not refund your returned purchase. No way to dispute the transaction. Everything is more expensive than other retailers. FSAstore,com has 1.11 out of 5 stars with BBB. DO NOT purchase from them. Happy holiday everyone
