Heartbreaker Guitars took a chance on these guys without any referral from another business or person. We spoke with Victoria and Caesar on the phone. Everything they said they would do, they did. They were very responsive and helpful. They even did a couple of extra things I didn't pay them for which I very much appreciate. This tells me that they care. They saw an issue and fixed it, even though I didn't see it myself, nor ask them to correct it. Having a Shopify expert now on board is a weight off of our shoulders. We do much of our own maintenance for Shopify, but the complicated stuff will now go to Blackbelt Commerce. Thank you BBC for doing what you promised. 5 Stars! -HBG Team

Cesar and his team are very knowledgeable in the Shopify platform and SEO. Every change I've asked them to make, the developers are able to complete rapidly. They are also patient, working around my schedule, setting up and modifying meetings as needed and responding to emails in a timely manner. I've worked with them on two projects and cannot say enough good things about their team. Over the past 15 years, we contracted with a number of web developers and SEO firms and Blackbelt Commerce is by far the best I've used. I love that Cesar is willing to share his knowledge about SEO and Shopify so that I can complete tasks on my own, but also has the resources to handle what I don't have time to do.
