I am. a long time patient and I have always received the best quality care here. Dr Schlessinger is very competent and has excellent people skills. The rest of the staff is also competent and considerate. I highly recommend this dental office and I am very grateful for all the work they have done for me across the years.

Dr. Schlesinger is awesome! He’s been my dentist for a few years.
Now the 2 stars are for the TERRIBLE office staff. Lila the newest receptionist has a serious attitude. Lila gave me incorrect billing information; yea sure you can pay them submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Now I knew this information was totally incorrect so i tried to ask more question. Lila started over talking me. Then she gave me the only choice of canceling my appointment then hung up the phone.
I must have called the office 10x and she refused to answer. Finally someone else answered and said the manger would call me back, I’m still waiting. Lila is unprofessional and I wouldn’t ever go back if I have to deal with her.

I was visiting NYC for my medical health (recent breast CA diagnosis, getting treatment at MSKCC) when my crown fell off. Dr Schlesinger’s staff accommodated me swiftly, and Dr Schlesinger took care of it promptly. He has impeccable professionalism, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable given my recent double mastectomy.
He has my strongest recommendation.
