    This company is a scam. I signed up for the membership and two days later the only location I could get to closed. No notice, no email, no response from a manager. Literally signed up, paid and then they close. Absolutely horrible. Difficult to get in touch with anyone. Total scam.

    Let's start with the good: my first cleaning was done on August 7, 2022 and I was very happy at the time - the clinic is modern and clean, the staff were nice, payment processing seemed to be seamless - I was assured that my insurance was approved and I just had to pay the difference ($54.80). I left feeling very satisfied. Now the bad: I show up for my next cleaning 6 months later on February 12, 2023. I'm immediately told upon check-in that I have an unpaid balance of approx. $200 from my last appointment. First of all, I was never contacted about this balance or told that the insurance claim was denied. Also important to note that my employer/insurance has not changed at all - I have excellent coverage from one of the "Big Four" accounting firms. She tells me that MetLife declined my last cleaning and wasn't sure why, but told me that my cleaning today (Feb 12) would be covered for sure. Puzzled, I asked why the last one wasn't covered but today's would be... she told me that is out of her control and I had to ask the insurance company. We went in circles and it was eventually determined that the SSN was apparently incorrect and they needed to resubmit the claim - okay, sure - accidents happen! But then someone named Alexis comes out to introduce herself as the payment/billing manager and wanted to discuss my situation. I am getting more and more confused by what's happening and unsure why she even needed to get involved? She wanted to apologize for what they told me on August 7 and explained that they've had immense employee turnover and she cannot confirm/deny anything that was said to me during that appointment, but assured me that I was in great hands now - hers! She explains that the "previous employees" shouldn't have told me that it was covered, if it wasn't. I express to her that this does not make sense - IT IS COVERED. I explain that her staff are currently telling me that today's visit will be covered, so why would my last visit not be? She tells me that she cannot answer that because it is up to the insurance company? She told me she would resubmit the claim with the correct SSN, however STILL cannot tell me if it will be covered or not, and stressed to me that I would be responsible for this payment if it is declined again. I tell her that I am not comfortable proceeding with todays appointment since I don't want to be in the same situation all over again, but she told me "what happened last time is out of my control - but I promise today's will be okay and I will personally take control of this and follow up with you this week to let you know the status of your last claim". I reluctantly proceeded with the appointment. I wait 3 weeks without hearing anything from Alexis or DNTL Bar at all, and call the office on March 5, 2023 to follow up. The person on the phone (didn't get her name) confirmed that there is an unpaid balance from BOTH August 7 and Feb 12 due to the insurance "pending". She told me that the problem was the SSN and asked me for it as if this wasn't the third time I have provided it to them. She assured me that this would get resolved and someone would call me back the next day (Monday). I waited until today (Wednesday) to see what the status was - the receptionist (Billie Jean) told me the same thing - that they are still pending and it's due to SSN information missing. I frustratingly explain the entire situation to her and she handles this well and says she will escalate it - although I have ZERO confidence in this actually happening. Now the icing on the cake -- I ask to speak to Alexis, the lady who promised me 3 weeks ago that she would personally take responsibility of this, and I was told she quit and no longer works there. Current status: waiting 7 months for them to process my dental cleaning properly and have been lied to over and over again. I HIGHLY encourage you to stay away from this practice, don't be enticed by their aesthetic and go to a regular dentist where this would never happen. I will be finding a new dentist for my next visit.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Wrongfully charged me hundreds of dollars and will not get back to me. Have tried calling, left messages, texted and emailed every day for the past week and have not been able to get in touch with anyone.

    It is literally impossible to get on the phone with someone to change an appointment time, request a receipt for billing, or anything. Ive called over the course of 6 weeks, leaving multiple voice mails, and never get a call back
