I am changing my review to 1 stars because Dr. Patel was terrible at diagnosing the pain I've experience over a month ago. There wasn't even a an X-ray taken to address the severity of my issue. I only found out few days ago that I need a complex surgery and when I came in stating I was feeling bad discomfort she said there is nothing wrong. Aide from this practice having semi nice employees they lack communication and care in general. They dont return calls or emails, you have to be very consistent to get a response.

Dr. Josh and his entire team are amazing. Typically I dread or avoid anything medical related, but the experience here is the complete opposite of any traditional medical office -- from the customer service, to the atmosphere, to the empathetic treatment, even to billing. It's all seamless and enjoyable. I really love Josh and his team and the way my teeth are taken care of.

Dr. Wilges and his team are THE best in NYC. I have lived here for over a decade and feel like I've found my forever dentist. He's personable, kind, smart and would recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic and trusted dentist in the city. 11/10.
