Prosmile

I went for my 6 month checkup and cleaning recently. I was greeted courteously and escorted to the exam room immediately. The dental hygienist was gentle and careful. All around, this was a pleasant experience.

I must say that I had a comfortable visit at the dentist today. The staff were very nice and given my circumstances I look forward to complete everything I need dome with Prosmile.

Prosmile is a great UWS practice. Having my teeth cleaned by Millie is like a dream. She is gentle, kind and considerate. My mouth always feels clean and crisp when she works her magic. Thanks Millie!!

I am vacationing from out -of- town and of course on my 3rd day here, my upper left side begins to feel numb and slightly painful on and off, which I've never felt before. By the 5th day I am suspecting an infection so I ask my good friend for a referral to her dentist knowing that in my limited time here, there's a huge probability that he won't be able to see me. To my surprise, Dr. Duzdevich answered the phone and told me that if I came ASAP, he would see me. When I got to his office, the person at the desk, Margaret, who was very friendly, told me that unfortunately, he had an implant that would take at least 1.5 hrs. But then, Dr. Duzdevich introduced himself and he was so kind and friendly and he immediately had me do x-rays to see what was going on. I thought I would have to wait another hour after the x-rays but he came back immediately and confirmed that I had an infection, issued me antibiotics and off my daughter and I went to enjoy the rest of our day in NYC. I cannot thank him enough as I feel so much better and I have another 8 more days of vacation left and because of him, I can enjoy spending this invaluable vacation with my kids. Also, he didn't upcharge me for his time and the x-rays and really I appreciated how personable he and his staff were. I would definitely have ProSmile as my dentist if I lived in NY and am recommending him to my son who just moved here. Ironically, I saw the good friend who referred me and told her and her boyfriend, how great Dr, D was and now the boyfriend is considering going to him too. Thank you Prosmile!
