I went to the office today for a cleaning and exam and a tooth whitening. The staff was insanely friendly and when it came time for my cleaning, Regina was wonderful. I won't lie, I hate getting cleanings. She was wonderful, put me at ease and just did a great job. The dentist was professional, nice guy and he checked out my teeth. No cavities mom! I will be going back for a deeper cleaning in a few weeks.

I currently am visiting from Europe and I had a dental emergency. I was walking down the street and their dental sign caught my eye. I walked into the office and the front staff greeted me so promptly and in such a friendly and welcome manner. They accommodated me straight away and advised I can be seen by Dr.Fendrich that same day. After not even waiting 5 minutes an assistant called me in the room. Assistant was very nice and knowledgeable about dentistry. Dr. Fendrich entered the room and was so welcoming and friendly.. He explained in full detail what was causing my emergency and also showed me from x-rays and pictures what was going on. He made me feel at ease and also made me aware of how important it is to follow up on dental visits. I recommend everyone to go and visit Dr. Fendrich. Apart from being very very knowledgeable about dentistry, he is also a very down to earth dentist.

I was a patient at USA Dental for many years without any problems or complaints. I called on Monday and was told that this location had been taken over by Madison Avenue Dentistry but that they would be happy to accept me as a patient. I made an appointment for the 25th (she did not specify the month and as it was the 23rd of February, it made logical sense that it would be this current month), and confirmed that I would be coming in on Wednesday. I showed up to their office on Wednesday in time for the appointment and was told by the receptionist that they made the appointment for March 25th and there was nothing they could do to accommodate me. This is a very rude way to accept new patients as our time is very valuable and a mis-schedule or mis-communication on the receptionist's part is VERY inconvenient. It is a shame that this new dentist does not stand up to the high caliber standard of customer service that USA Dental did. Needless to say I will be seeking a new dentist as customer service is something I value very highly.

I recently moved here from Alexandria,VA in September and hasn't exactly been easy to find doctors least of all a dentist. There are more dentists in Manhattan than there are yellow taxis. So finding a quality provider was a small town girl's worst nightmare. Not to mention I'm currently uninsured and have been dealing with a tooth ache for weeks. So when a co worker mentions that she recently finished her invisalign treatment and can't stop smiling it seemed like a Godsend. To start, when I called the women at the front desk were so personable it felt like we had spoken before. They were attentive and so informative they sensed my fear and assured me that everything would be ok. And unlike the 20+ offices I called before then, they were able to find me an appointment that fit my crazy work schedule. When I arrived I was greeted with a hearty "hello" "welcome" or a bright smile from everyone who saw me. The registration process was quick and simple and Stephanie at the front was so precise about the amount of time would take to create my account that exactly 5 minutes later the doctors helper came to get me. She explained everything before she did it like taking xrays and pictures of my teeth to help me understand what was bothering me and why. She was so polite and sweet I would have told her my deepest darkest secrets if only she's ask. Finally Dr Fendrich's bed/chair side manner is A-mazing! Like everyone else in this office he was so informative but not overwhelming or too technical in the way he spoke to me. He made the treatment seem like no big deal I guess it's not for someone with 30+ yrs experience. When he told me they offer sedation for people aka cowards like me I heard the angels sing. Long story short I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. NYC is a hurried brash and overcrowded place to live, but this gorgeous office can only be described as an oasis of calm.
