    Ordered a coat for the holidays (2 weeks in advance) and still have not received my item. Called Hunter many times and customer service doesn’t know what happened or able to expedite The shipment. They are also VERY slow in getting back to you on a on-line customer comment. I have followed up numerous times by phone and email, yet I have NO delivery. I have asked for them to re-order my item and ship priority overnight - NO Reply from Hunter!!!! Now I see why Target dropped them from their stores! Bad Business! Bad Partnership! Bad Company! Do Not Purchase!!!!

    Lack of quality products. Hunter is not longer what it once was. In 2016 I purchased a pair of boots which I had to have replaced due to a peeling and strong discoloring issue. Then the replacement pair has cracked after maybe 80 days of wear over a span of 4 years. When I wrote to customer service they were all words and offered a 25% discount on a new pair of boots..... No thanks! I have had 2 pairs of Hunter Boots in 4 years. Target boots from college lasted longer. Why on earth would I want to pay another $100-200 on boot + liners only to have then junk out again after 2 years. If you'd like trendy boots with a short lifespan, crack and peeling boy oh boy is this the place for you!

    Horrible customer service, very disappointing Ordered a pair a boots a few weeks prior to Christmas. Didn't receive a tracking number or order confirmation email until over a week later AFTER they had already arrived to my home. Tried them on and they weren't going to budge, after doing a bit of research it seemed that a different style would work better for me. I logged into my account to do an exchange only to be told by message that I couldn't because I wanted a different style. I filled out the "contact us" form as directed. Didn't hear back for four days so I did live chat on the website. I explained the situation, I was told they could not do an exchange. I would have to return the boots (& Boot Socks) and repurchase the ones I wanted. Seems a bit backwards since this is an expensive item and their return policy states it could take up to 30 days for a full refund but whatever not a big deal to me. I asked if I could reuse my welcome code and was told NO?? How is it that you have to return the original product and then are told you can't use your code? In the end I'll have not had any chance to use it since Ill be returning the boots and socks. This made no sense to me, I explained how that wasn't good business practice and the whole process seems confusing. I was told there was nothing they could do. I simply let them know that I would be processing the return through my account and that once I was refunded I would be looking elsewhere, possibly LL.Bean, for boots when spending hard earned money. Were the boots great, yes. Great quality. But at the end of the day if someone is spending a good chunk of money on your product and you can't even have the courtesy to let them reuse a 15% off code, or even handle an exchange manually instead of making the customer wait almost 6+ weeks for the return/refund/reorder/shipment.... then Im all set.
