I bought a ski pants and a jacket but the pants was way toooo long for me(can't even walk). I couldn't even fix it and wear it since there's a zipper on the side. So I had to return it but after getting an email that it is not returnable, I asked if I could at least get a store credit so I could purchase other stuff there, no response afterwards. It cost me 700 dollars and I can't even give away to someone cause it's very very long. Be aware about their sizes..and returning policy is very unpleasant.

Buyers beware this company does not offer free returns even if they made a mistake on the order. I ordered belts with the size based on their chart. The belts came with wrong size so I called them to explain the belts were too small. Customer service and the manager, Mike, will not provide me a free return label. I have to pay the shipping charges even though it’s a mistake on their part. The size chart they have is not accurate. No one from this company wants to take responsibility and tries to put the blame on me. They advertise as a luxury brand and yet they don’t want to provide a shipping label for $10 after my wife and I have spent over $1000. They have lost my business forever. On a side note all the products I purchased were made in China and Vietnam.
