Impark (Branch Office)

Your company is horrific. I was parking in an Impark facility in NYC (80 Park Ave) and they completely damaged my brand new car with scratches and dents along the whole passenger side. Luckily I checked because the attendant was trying to rush me out without seeing it. When I stopped and called him out, he says “Oh yeah, I was going to tell you “somebody” scratched it here today”. So I fill out an incident report and am told I would here something back in 2 weeks. That was on July 16th. Nothing. Not only that, but now the garage changed ownership from impark to another company. I have been calling and put on hold for hours to hear that “we don’t really have a way to track these things” from the representative. Now I have to have my attorneys get involved but I will go all over social media to make sure everyone knows #ImparkAreCrooks

Do not park in 80 park Ave!!! The website said its $21 on the weekend yet I was asked for $57 cash only! (So you cannot dispute the charge afterward...). The staff is well aware of this ongoing scam. Ruined a perfect sat. Night out.
