They have been assisting my agency for over 5 years now. We have had our ups and downs, however, at the end of the day none of our clients have ever been stranded at an airport wondering why their ticket wasn't issued. I can confidently say they are an asset to my business.

They booked travel for someone who fraudulently used our company credit card to travel from Houston to Indianapolis and collected their "agent fee." Apparently they never bothered to check the security code.

I booked flights for our upcoming trip on April 8th. We had previously gotten quotes from the tour company and they suggested that we could get a better price by going through Skylink Travel. We called and sure enough the price they quoted was $ 187.00 less so I completed the booking and they confirmed the price and immediately sent a confirmation e-mail showing that our flights were booked and that all airport fees and other miscellaneous costs were included. NOT SO, I SUPPOSE THE AGENT JUST FORGOT TO MENTION THE "TRAVEL AGENT FEE" WHICH SHOWED UP ON OUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. After receiving the statement I contacted the agent and asked about the fee and the fact that I was now paying $ 138.00 more than if I had let the tour company do the booking. The answer I got was "Well you don't expect us to do it for nothing!. I said that was correct, but I expected full disclosure of the costs so that I could make an informed decision. It is now to late to go through the tour company and also the prices have changed and our cost would now be even higher. Again, I was treated courteously by the agent so I have no complaints as far as disclosed services. HOWEVER, I SUGGEST THAT YOU RECORD THE FINAL REVIEW OF YOU ORDER AND SPECIFICALLY ASK IF THERE WILL BE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
