    I recently visited Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey. After chatting with the online customer service, and looking at the options for ticket purchases, I was told that the representative didn't have information about the Passes they offer. That if I wanted more details about the offers, I would have to purchase the pass first because the website doesn't give you detailed information and the rep didn't have the answers. SCAM ALERT. The website mentions that there are Friends and Family Benefits for 5 people or 10 people depending on which Pass you purchase. As I was going with a group of 5 I purchased that Pass. SCAM ALERT again ... you can only get the discount for 1 person per visit which the website does not mention until after you purchases the Pass, and find out you can't use the benefits. So, considering the discounts wouldn't benefit me for this trip I purchased 5 tickets for admission, 5 Flash Passes, and Parking for the trip ($700). The park refuses to refund me for the Pass that I did not use after contacting yet another representative who gave me a Claim number for the refund immediately after the purchase. We visited the park even after that day seeing a news article about a shooting at the Six Flags in Illinois. Luckily, we escaped without injury unlike the guests who visited yesterday August 26th, 2022 on the El Toro ride at the Great Adventure Park we visited, and on the heels of an article about the CEO criticizing the patrons who pay all this money to be scammed at their park. Enjoy the money from the Pass you will NEVER see me in any of your establishments again. Customer service is atrocious. I also purchased the Flash Pass in which they advised me I could use the app and my phone in the park for the rides only to find out they don't allow you to have your phone on you while trying to get on the ride; along with keys, ID, and the park no longer allows you to use cash. Deplorable. Good Luck.

    I would seriously give this no stars if I could. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now. says I need to do it online and it shows my account is still active and I am now being charged 2 times a months instead of 1 time. I have been trying to contact this company with 0 response through email, and have tried to call multiple branches within six flags just so I can get somewhat ahead. If you count in my double payment and not my original monthly payment, they have taken out exactly $519.14 EXTRA out of my account in 2 months, once again that is not including the monthly charge for my membership. I can say we did enjoy ourselves at six flags the few times we have went but Busch Gardens was a lot cleaner and classier and more fun and six flags was definitely not worth the additional pay they have been pulling out of my account they felt they must have deserved. I will never do this park again unfortunately do to their customer service, and that is to bad because its so close to home.

    Will not refund me for a reservation next weekend, and I've been trying for weeks to accomplish this. DO NOT RESERVE SERVICES from this company if you think you may have to cancel in the future...like say, for COVID outbreaks.

    BUYER BEWARE!! I have been trying to cancel the “membership” for months I get at least 4 emails a day I’m unable to sign into the portal I call and stay on hold for over an hour and am told I have to do online, even though I’ve told her I can’t access online I explained I would dispute and block future charges and she said that’s fine that eventually the membership will get cancelled Meanwhile I continue to get threatening emails from a group that I cannot contact except by phone
