Today I called Christofle Corporate Office, I needed help on how to go about repairing a picture frame that I bought several years ago and it has aged not so well. A man named Ken answered the phone, to my surprise he was totally unfriendly, he did not know anything about anything, I asked him to transfer me to some one else, he said he was there alone, I asked for the manager, he said there was no manager, he refused to give me his last name. It was till I said to him I was going to write a complaint letter that he got some one else on the phone. I then talked to a lady Rose Mandela who was very nice, very helpful and professional and she is going to advise me on how to proceed.
I thought Christofle had a life time guarantee on the materials used, and manufacturing but I just found out they do not.
