Horrible customer service as noted by the user below, didn’t refund money for beauty products I purchased and SENT back to them! I received a run around answer for many weeks that someone will reach out to me they never did, how do u make a customer pay for products they don’t even have anymore and we’re sent to you, biggest scam of a company I’ve ever delt with. They said I was over the 60 return day policy, but this is during Covid times u could be understanding and think people are afraid to go out to ship items back and they need some extra time. Why would u even provide a shipping label & tell me I would get a refund in the first place if I sent back the items. That’s ridiculous to charge for items they don’t even have anymore and sent back. I will never provide them anymore business ever again unless they make this right. You would expect better service from a brand that charges luxury prices for poor service.

Worst company for customer service. You will never be able to get a hold of anyone. I have called and been on hold indefinitely. I’ve emailed twice. I ordered a product 20 days ago and have no idea when it’s coming. I’ve now been charged twice for the product and am currently trying to get a refund for at least one charge. Worst business ever. I have already made claims with BBB and FTC. Looks like I’m not the first.

High price but cheapie customer service, evade responsibility for a defective item, ignore messages from a customer. Is it Italian pride?
