Archcare needs to remove the photo from their web page ( Call Archcare, we’ll answer). I called last week and was put on hold to speak with a rep. After being on the phone for 15 minutes, was switched to a voicemail, that instructed me to leave my name and number and someone would get in touch with me by the end of the next business. Ummmm, still waiting 5 business days later.

Hello Corporate: You must remove the "C" in MLTC. Care requires coordination with a team. I am a home visit physician. What is your policy on managing nurses returning calls from physicians? Is it optional to return my call? 4 days and counting assume my purpose is not important. Team 12B Kelly Roberts. I need to speak to her regarding the need of my homebound patient. She needs to listen to me because you are being paid by tax payer via CMS to provided CARE.
