        This company is a joke. Customer service never answered the phone, and never returned my email. I bought a product did not last after 7 uses, and they included their customer service in warranty card but they didn't even answer. Basically, both products and customer service is garbage.

        I ORDERED AN ITEM FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING AND 2 DAYS LATER NO PACKAGE. SEARCHED MY ORDER ONLINE ONLY TO FIND OUT MY ORDER HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. CALLED THE ONLY NUMBER LISTED FOR THIS COMPANY WHICH WAS THE CORPORATE OFFICE WHO TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T CHECK MY ORDER??? REALLY YOUR THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND YOU CAN'T CHECK MY ORDER? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER?? IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING AN ITEM THROUGH EMJOI DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO UPGRADE SHIPPING. I CAN'T EVEN RATE THE ITEM BECAUSE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. HOPEFULLY IT'S A GOOD PURCHASE
