I am very disappointed with the awful level of customer service. I ordered a birthday gift online, the delivery date was promised as Sep 22-24. When the gift did not arrive, I checked that the delivery date was actually Sep 29(!), They misled me. I started calling, the customer service is AWFUL, useless. I emailed customer service 3 times, no response, I chatted with the website assistant, they promised the manager would call me back - nothing. It's like you are writing into a black hole. Awfully disappointed, won't even shop there again. I"ll find something else my friend likes, but I won't be buying Kiehls.

I have been a happy customer for several years. Last February 2021 the website offered NO place order help. My help shipped it to another state! August 2021, auto replenishment caught in system. Several phone calls now I have 2 duplicate orders. Literally hours on phone MANY calls!!!

Your software auto-replenishment program is a joke and your Customer Service staff are the worst I have ever talked to with regard to their knowledge of products and product service. Kiehl's should be ashamed of their Customer Service to longtime and new clients.
