        Yahoo took my $99 for the Local Works campaign and wouldn't give me the service. I was hung up on 3 times, and the 4th guy just kept talking over me repeatedly, then advising me to read the page that I read 6 times before and do what I tried doing 6 times before. They wouldn't refund me, and since they wouldn't listen, they have no idea that I can't fix their back end issues, so I am out $99 dollars because they simply don't want to fix their problems. So... Now it apparently is my problem. I am stuck paying for something I will not get. Since they took my money as a recurring payment, I can't even dispute it with my bank. I spent 1/2 a day on this. I will never use Yahoo again.
