Dell has very poor support service. I really get little help from dell.

PLEASE don't buy from Dell...it's not a real company! It functions like a portal that will not stand behind anything you buy. Classic out-of country customer service that listens to your issue, then reads back a script that has nothing to do with what you said. This after being on a long, long hold. I bought an expensive Sony TV (about $4,000) that was defective out of the box. It had what's referred to as a "leaker," which is an LED backlight that shows through the edge of the screen and completely distracts your view. Dell refused to do anything and sent me to Sony, who also did nothing. How is it possible to spend that kind of money on a tv and you are forced to accept damaged goods with no remedy offered!

I had the most horrible experience with Dell customer service today. I always consider Dell to be a good and reliable company. Little did I know! I recently purchased a laptop from Dell, and I had problems with it ever since. But today my screen just went blank. I called customer service (it’s outsourced to India), and they started helping me but then stopped and demanded that I buy warranty for 390$ for 2 years! My laptop is about 500$! They refused to do anything unless I purchase warranty from them. They were very disrespectful and rude, supervisor also. They refused to give me their names. They were pushing me so hard to buy the warranty, that I still cannot believe it! It looks to like a manufacturing defect-blank white screen, why should I buy a warranty for this horrible product?!!! Customer beware!!!

Dell is a complete b.s. company. I purchased the new inspirion 15 7000 laptop, or as some of you have seen on the new spider man homecoming commercial. It came nice and in working condition but after only 1 day it started to crashes constantly and continuously does so a week later, while writing an emai it crashed on me not once but twice in the span of 10 minutes. I have gone out of my way to contact customer service and Dell support to no avail, I am demanding a full refund and afterwards will never purchase from Dell ever again. I discourage anyone from ever purchasing a Dell product if this is what they produce and in addition this is how they treat a customer.
