        This company has horrible customer service. They will not refund money for flights that were cancelled due to COVID-19. They promise to help you and then never call or respond to requests. NEVER USE THIRD PARTY BOOKING SERVICES. I want my refund!

        I booked a flight on cheap o air than I try to change the date .they change the date wrong I didn’t pay attention and acknowledge ,get charged 370$. Than again I called and payed 430$ in hour to fix the date in two hour they said airline charge you 800$ we can’t help . It is always better to book with airline cheap o air the don’t care business people .thank you just sharing what happen to me not happen to you.
